Coordinate with clients and internal departments to forecast, plan, execute, track, and update all shipments and orders.
Serve as a consistent point of contact for client queries regarding warehousing, logistics, inventory, transportation and shipment.
Track shipment status and resolve service-related issues; promptly communicate updates to clients.
Prepare, verify, and send invoices to clients for services rendered; resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
Accountable for accurate client, shipment, billing, and AR records in WMS.
Generate periodic MIS, shipment, billing, and reconciliation reports using Excel and WMS
Assist in the execution of value-added services such as packaging, returns, and distribution solutions ,to pass correct information to warehouse as per SOP.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support seamless account operations and address client requests.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client SLAs, SOPs and logistics regulations.
Qualifications
Required skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields).
1–4 years’ experience in CRM, account coordination, billing/invoicing, or related roles in logistics and warehousing.
