Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with AWL India's marketing and business objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful online interactions.
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to produce compelling multimedia content.
Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Identify emerging trends, industry news, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, product launches, and employer branding initiatives.
Optimize social media profiles and content to improve reach, engagement, and organic growth.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns across all digital channels.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and recommend innovative ideas to improve performance.

Qualifications

Required skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO), digital marketing, or social media management. Experience in the logistics, technology, or B2B sector will be an added advantage.
Certifications (Preferred): Google Digital Marketing Certification, Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, HubSpot Social Media Certification, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
Excellent content writing, copywriting, and communication skills
Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools
Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing principles

This is a full-time, on-site role at AWL India's Lucknow office within the Marketing department. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to enhance the company's online presence and brand reputation.
