Assessment (SCA & TCA)
At AWL India, our classification assessment framework enables us to define, standardize, and systemize operational best practices, ensuring consistent delivery of Operational Excellence across all sites. Our SCA (Site Classification Assessment) and TCA (Team Capability Assessment) systems are among the most robust in the logistics industry, fully aligned with ISO standards and designed to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and performance excellence.
Continuous Improvement
LEAN is implemented at every CEVA site around the world. All our supervisors undertake a week-long LEAN training course so they can implement it in their daily work and ensure each team can actively achieve several “Kaizens” per year.
“Kaizen” originally means a change for the better. Started more than 10 years ago, the program encourages staff to submit their Kaizen ideas, with the best one receiving the CEVA Global Kaizen of the Year award.
