Job Description
Network & Security Management (Top Priority)
- Administer and secure enterprise networks across 30+ locations.
- Manage firewalls, switches, VPNs, SD-WAN, and network routing.
- Monitor network health, bandwidth utilization, and uptime SLAs.
- Implement network segmentation, access policies, and zero-trust practices.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and handle vulnerability assessments.
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents across infra.
2. Infrastructure & System Administration
- Design, deploy, and maintain servers, storage, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Ensure system availability, patch management, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Proactively monitor performance, applying tuning and fixes.
3. Cloud Management
- Manage workloads on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Handle migrations, cost optimization, and resource provisioning.
4. RFID, HHT & Barcode Systems
- Oversee procurement, deployment, and configuration of RFID readers, handheld terminals (HHTs), and barcode scanners.
- Ensure smooth integration of these devices with WMS / ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot device and integration-related issues.
5. IT Asset & Vendor Management
- Maintain a centralized IT asset inventory (hardware, software, network devices, RFID/HHT, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with licensing, warranty, and lifecycle policies.
- Manage IT vendors, evaluate proposals, and monitor SLAs.
6. Audit & Compliance
- Conduct IT audits across all 30+ locations (network, system, security).
- Prepare compliance documentation for cybersecurity, asset usage, and IT policies.
- Implement audit-driven improvements to avoid repeat findings.
7. Client & Internal Support
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical system/network escalations.
- Work with operations/finance teams for IT-enabled process improvements.
- Assist in integration projects (ERP, WMS, reporting).
Qualifications
Required skills & Qualifications:
6–10 years of experience in enterprise IT administration (multi-location setup).
Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.)
- Switches & Network Management (Cisco, HP, Dell, etc.)
- Servers (Windows/Linux), VMware/Hyper-V
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Working knowledge of RFID systems, HHT devices, and barcode technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, audits, and compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, and vendor management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
The Senior System Administrator is responsible for designing, managing, and securing the organization’s multi-location IT infrastructure (30+ sites). This includes servers, firewalls, switches, networking, cloud environments, security, IT assets, RFID/HHT/barcode systems, and vendor management. The role requires a strong technical background, expertise in network & security operations, and hands-on experience in managing enterprise-scale systems
