Job Description
- Segregation and systematic physical storage of documents with proper rack tracking and location mapping.
- Manage inward processing activities including barcoding, indexing, labeling, and system updates.
- Perform document scanning and digitisation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to defined standards.
- Coordinate and execute document retrieval, dispatch, and re-filing requests within agreed turnaround times.
- Handle secure shredding of records as per approved authorization and data destruction policies.
- Maintain accurate service logs, MIS reports, and operational records to support billing and audit requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to warehouse safety norms, data confidentiality, and information security policies.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy with strong attention to detail across all record management activities.
Qualifications
Required skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, record management, or document management operations.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with physical storage, digitisation, retrieval, and shredding processes.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and warehouse/record management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet time-bound operational targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations related to record management services. The role includes physical storage, rack tracking, inward and outward processing, document scanning, digitisation, retrieval, and secure shredding of records. The position supports billing-related documentation while ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency, data confidentiality, and compliance with company standards and service timelines.
