Job Description
- Supervise manpower allocation and daily administrative activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and SLAs for security, housekeeping, maintenance, and facility services.
- Plan and execute procurement activities with a focus on cost optimization, transparency, and timely delivery.
- Oversee complete facility management including preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness.
- Monitor warehouse safety and security systems in coordination with the security team.
- Support new warehouse projects including setup, vendor onboarding, infrastructure readiness, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records related to facilities, vendors, procurement, assets, and manpower deployment.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using MS Excel and ensure professional business email communication.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and organizational policies.
- Resolve administrative issues to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations.

- Any other administrative responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Required skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Administration, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong exposure to vendor management, procurement, and facility compliance in warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety norms and statutory requirements is mandatory.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, MIS reporting) and professional email writing.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven vendor negotiation and procurement management skills.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse facility management, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Effective interpersonal and team management skills.
