Assistant Manager - Warehouse

Job Description

. Operation management - Order Picking & Processing 

  • Ensure 100% accuracy in item selection (correct product, size, quantity).

2. Stock Replenishment in Bins 

  • Refill shelves and racks with stock from the new inward on returns 
  • Ensure products are arranged properly for easy accessibility 
  • Update stock movements in the system (scanner/RFID/handheld device).

3. Inventory Management

  • Assist with daily stock checks, cycle counts, and stock accuracy tasks.
  • Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged items, or missing SKUs.

4. Warehouse & Team Organization

  • Follow SOPs.
  • Drive team through tech-based solutions 
  • Analyze productivity of pickers 
  • Use scanners or RFID devices to track stock movements.

Qualifications

Required skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any discipline.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse functions.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry).
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

  • Error rate (wrong size/quantity picked)
  • Experience in 3PL/4PL supply chain management.
