Job Description
. Operation management - Order Picking & Processing
- Ensure 100% accuracy in item selection (correct product, size, quantity).
2. Stock Replenishment in Bins
- Refill shelves and racks with stock from the new inward on returns
- Ensure products are arranged properly for easy accessibility
- Update stock movements in the system (scanner/RFID/handheld device).
3. Inventory Management
- Assist with daily stock checks, cycle counts, and stock accuracy tasks.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged items, or missing SKUs.
4. Warehouse & Team Organization
- Follow SOPs.
- Drive team through tech-based solutions
- Analyze productivity of pickers
- Use scanners or RFID devices to track stock movements.
Qualifications
Required skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any discipline.
- Basic understanding of warehouse functions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry).
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
